So usually when people want to lose weight or want to avoid gaining weight they turn to diet drinks. The most popular being diet soft drinks which are in most every case sweetened with some type of artificial sweetener instead of sugar or corn syrup. COTTAGE CHEESE CHILLER

Cottage Cheese Chiller When to eat: between meals as a snack or before bed to help prevent catabolism. Ingredients: 1 cup low fat cottage cheese ½ scoop chocolate whey protein (or your flavor of choice) Several drops natural vanilla extract Non caloric sweetener such as sucralose or stevia (try to avoid aspartame) Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix together with a spoon. Continue mixing until the whey is completely combined with the mixture. Place in the freezer for 45 minutes to an hour. The mixture should not freeze but take on an ice cream like consistency.
