YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT. That expression has been around forever. It also happens to be one of the greatest truths ever conceived. The body a lot of times gets compared to a car. Here is my spin on it. Everyone is born a Ferrari, fast, strong, powerful and ready to go. Over the years that Ferrari can go a few ways. You can put the best fuel in it (nutrition) do regular maintenance (exercise) and as the years pass it can remain strong and powerful.
